Caroline has been with Absa since 2007, where she headed up Strategic Stakeholder Engagement for Absa Home Loans before leading Business Development for Absa’s Secured Lending businesses which included Home Loans and Vehicle Finance. In 2015 Caroline became the Head of Insights and Customer Value Propositions for Absa Retail and Business Bank, before returning back home to Absa Home Loans in 2018.


Caroline has been Head of Absa’s Home Loans Strategy and Advanced Analytics function from November 2018 - December 2021. Caroline is currently the National Sales Head for Absa Home Loans.

In addition to an Undergraduate Degree in Sports Medicine from the USA and a Post-Graduate Law degree from the UK, Caroline also holds an MBA from UCT.



Carl holds an MBA from UKZN and has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in home loans and digital strategy. 

He is father to two active boys, an avid runner and has conquered 3 Comrades Ultra-Marathons. 

He is passionate about property and believes it has the power to unlock wealth and prosperity for the country.

Janet Alexander is undoubtedly a property expert. She is the CEO of PropAcademy, an innovative eLearning academy specializing in the real estate industry.


Her goal is to grow PropAcademy exponentially, sharing knowledge with aspiring property practitioners. 

Janet has spent her career ensconced in the property industry from developing commercial and residential properties, owning managing agencies, managing and owning both rental and sale agencies, there is little she does not understand in the property space.

He is also the Co-Founder of Fuel on Wheels initiative, which is a charity organisation supplying wheelchairs and walking aids to the less fortunate as well as food parcels and clothing.



Chad is the Head of PropTech in Private Property, and the host of the Home Shoppers Show across Meta and YouTube, with over 5 million views across 100 episodes, he understands what it takes to be seen and heard within the social media landscape.

His 12 years' experience within corporate sales and business development has helped him appreciate technology's place within a successful business, as a budding speaker and MC, he now gets to realise his passion of helping his clients learn the sales and marketing strategies they need to succeed no matter what this marketplace does.
